The company offers a progression program designed to allow those willing to learn the ins and outs of the manufacturing process and grow within the company. - Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift available
- Pay: $19 hour base rate, plus $1.50 Shift differential
- Health insurance, vision, and dental available after 90 days of employment.
- PTO available after 90 days
- Eligible for quarterly bonuses after probationary period
- 401k plan with up to 6% company match
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday working 10 hours per day and some overtime.

- Minimum of 1 year on- the- job welding experience
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of job duties: such as lift a minimum of 35lbs
- High School diploma is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation
- Pass a standard weld test MIG and Stick
