Pay And Job Info
- Pay: $38- $42 Hour based on previous experience.
- Schedule: Monday- Friday working 8-10 hour shifts and some Saturdays

Job Duties:
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, timely, and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate daily work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, and emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ensure equipment and facility downtime is minimized through effective planning and quick response.
- Develop and maintain maintenance logs, inventory records, and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with production leadership to prioritize maintenance needs based on operational demands.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members to ensure skill development and performance.
- Support and enforce company safety policies and procedures, ensuring all work is done safely and in compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, conveyors, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.
