Overview
Pro-Master Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone seeking a flexible, part-time schedule who enjoys active, hands-on work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results for clients following a renovation or restoration event.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Construction Detailed Cleaning: Removing fine dust, debris, and residues from all surfaces (including ceilings, walls, and fixtures) to ensure a move-in ready environment.
- Contents Pack-Out & Pack-In: Carefully inventorying, wrapping, and boxing personal belongings to be moved out of a job site, and safely returning them once the restoration is complete.
- Precision Wiping: Utilizing specialized cleaning agents to restore items impacted by dust or soot, ensuring delicate handling of client property.
- Site Organization: Maintaining a clean and safe workspace while following specific project layouts and directions.
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential, commercial, or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning chemicals for effective disinfection
- Background in housekeeping management or hotel housekeeping roles is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client satisfaction
Schedule & Availability
- Status: Part-time (weekdays) / As-needed.
- Nature of Work: This role is project-based. There will be "stretches" of consistent work during busy project phases, followed by quieter periods.
- Growth: As Pro-Master continues to expand, there is potential for increased hours and responsibilities for the right candidate.
