Major Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing, editing, and routing of customer proposals ensuring accurate scope of work and costing. Answering and routing phone calls. Coordinate crew work schedules, appointments, and travel bookings. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Monitor outside sales leads and commissions. Monitor and ensure completion of driving logs through online dashboard. Maintain and update truck assignments. Minor Responsibilities: Accurate filing of proposals and completed jobs. Maintain project tracker and Go-Backs Calculate and request bid and performance bond applications. Preserve an accurate database of driver s licenses and employee DOT heath card. Schedule employee DOT physicals and urinary analysis. Receive and route daily mail. Handling and inputting data into customer prequalification websites and forms. Assisting the Office Manager to efficiency plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Coordinate with Office Manager to ensure maximum efficiency.
