*Job Overview*
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for helping the the daily operations of a machine shop.
*Duties*
- Responding to and routing customer questions about existing parts
- Responding to and routing customer questions about new parts
- Ordering material to get parts started
- Making sure the customer knows when parts get sent
- Creating Packing Slips in Quickbooks
- Sending out invoices in Quickbooks
- Assist in tracking projects throughout life cycle
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in operations management or project management
- Quickbooks online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in SaaS project management tools a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
