Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that vehicles receive the necessary maintenance services, including oil changes and tire services, while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Conduct tire services such as rotations, alignments, and replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in diagnosing automotive issues and provide recommendations for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Engage with customers to explain services performed and recommend additional maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Skills
- Previous dealership experience is preferred.
- Strong automotive repair skills with a focus on vehicle maintenance.
- Mechanic experience with an understanding of automotive diagnostics.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during service tasks.
- Sales experience is a plus for recommending additional services to customers.
