Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure seamless execution of construction initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial tracking using tools like HeavyBid and construction cost management software.
• Oversee the development and review of construction plans, schematics, and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals and deliverables.
• Utilize project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Prolog, and Microsoft Office to monitor progress, update schedules, and generate reports.
• Supervise construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage teams in a construction management role by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials using construction estimating tools like Bluebeam and HeavyBid while maintaining accurate project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress against plans and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily logs, and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction scheduling and project coordination.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid knowledge of construction estimating processes and budget management techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Extensive construction site experience with familiarity in construction regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across various phases of a project.
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising safety or quality standards.
• Knowledge of schematics design processes and construction plans development is preferred.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55.0 – 70.0 per week
