Snow Plow Operator

Pro Lawn & Landscape Inc. is hiring dependable Snow Plow Truck Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators for the upcoming winter season. Join a professional team dedicated to keeping commercial properties safe and accessible throughout every snow event.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate plow trucks, skid steers, wheel loaders, and other snow removal equipment.
• Clear snow from commercial parking lots, drive lanes, and loading areas.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking properties throughout each storm.
• Perform equipment inspections before and after each event.
• Communicate with supervisors and dispatch throughout your route.
• Follow company safety procedures and customer site maps.
• Assist with salting and other snow operations when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, or similar equipment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for truck positions.
• Ability to work long shifts during overnight, early morning, weekends, holidays, and changing weather conditions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to respond promptly when snow and ice events occur.
