The Role
You’ll own and scale our affiliate program end-to-end, from recruiting the right creators to negotiating contracts, managing spend, and partnering across teams to deliver campaigns that move the business. You’ll be equal parts strategist, operator, and relationship builder, working closely with Brand to protect how Pro Lash shows up everywhere a partner does.
This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team. If you like building, want a real seat at the table, and care about the details, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Own the program
- Run day-to-day affiliate operations in ShopMy: launches, relationships, contract negotiations, and partner communications.
- Grow the program through strategic recruitment of new creators and influencers, and by optimizing existing partnerships.
- Develop and manage affiliate relationships so partner goals align with ours.
Drive performance
- Manage budget and track spend against revenue and efficiency targets.
- Lead reporting and analysis across promotions and partner performance, surfacing key drivers, spotting anomalies, and turning insight into action.
- Monitor activity on key partner profiles to ensure consistent brand exposure and offer visibility.
Build the strategy
- Help shape the affiliate strategy and roadmap, bringing your experience to the table.
- Partner with the Brand team to protect brand reputation across every publicly visible affiliate touchpoint.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns through cross-functional collaboration.
Build the team and culture
- Lead by example, guide, support, and develop team members.
- Take on ad-hoc projects and wear multiple hats; this is a start-up.
- Contribute to a team culture rooted in creativity, empowerment, and innovation.
What You Bring
Required
- 2–5 years of affiliate marketing experience
- BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong command of key marketing metrics (CVR, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of landing favorable terms
- Sharp attention to detail, with the multitasking and organizational chops to back it up
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-driven, can-do approach
- Comfort iterating quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- A real work ethic and the drive to see projects all the way through
Nice to have
- Retail e-commerce experience
- Hands-on experience with ShopMy and Shopify
- Background in luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance, or fashion
