Our team members work alongside a team lead each day, riding and working together in a company truck while servicing our residential and commercial properties. This provides hands-on training and a clear path to learn how our routes, equipment, and properties are managed.

You will be apart of a small family owned company but a growing company as we continue expanding mainly in the Greenville and Easley areas. Our growth means new opportunities for team members who want to grow with us.

This work includes mowing routes and landscaping services. Some days may involve mowing 10–12 properties depending on the route, along with landscaping projects such as mulch, pine straw, property cleanups, and other landscape improvements. So hard work is involved. We specialize in year round property maintenance.

We also respect the importance of family and personal responsibilities. Time-off requests are honored when submitted in advance, and we work to support a healthy balance between work and home life. We also have prayer in the mornings before we start our day to pray for our work day, life situations and home life.

Job Description , Position Overview and Key Responsibilities:

Lawn Care and Landscaping Services

• Perform mowing, weed-eating, edging, and blowing off all debris from concrete areas, including decks and porches. (Commercial parking lots)
• Install mulch, pine straw, and decorative stone.
• Hedge trimming, small tree pruning, and general landscaping tasks.
• Assist with seasonal winter services, such as leaf cleanup / removal and debris removal.
• Perform weed control in landscape beds through the safe and effective application of herbicides and manual hand pulling when needed.
• Be prepared to train and mentor new team members as the company grows. (If you desire).

Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct basic routine maintenance on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment such as oil changes, blade sharpening, and basic repairs.
• Keep trucks, trailers, and toolboxes clean and organized to ensure efficiency and professionalism on job sites.
• Identify and report any equipment or vehicle issues requiring repair.

Shop and Workspace Organization

• Maintain an organized and clean shop space, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
• Assist with preparing and loading equipment and materials for daily jobs.

Customer Service and Professionalism

• Represent the company professionally by maintaining a polite and respectful demeanor on job sites.
• Stay in uniform at all times while on the job to uphold a professional appearance.
• Be punctual, reliable, and ready to work in various weather conditions.
• Adhere to the company’s smoke-free, respectful, and growth-focused workplace policies.

Position Details:

• Position Dates: January - through November, with the possibility of winter work based on demand. Winter may be part time.
• Work Week: Monday through Thursday, with Fridays being rare workdays, only utilized if weather delays occur during the week.
• Guaranteed Rehire: If laid off during the winter, we guarantee a job back in the spring if qualified.
• Sign-On Bonus: For qualified candidates willing to return next season.
• PTO and Paid Holidays Off: Select holidays that fall on work days.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for maintaining and troubleshooting small engines and landscaping equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift/move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must provide two professional references.
