Outstanding opportunity in Wallingford for a seasoned Telephone Operator to work for a successful, multi-site specialty group. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a take charge attitude for this busy practice.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and triaging to the appropriate staff, department or office. This individual will also be calling patients to confirm appointments.
This is a full-time position, M-F 8:00am-4:45pm. Must be able to multi-task and have outstanding customer service skills!
