Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer/Helper to join our dynamic team. The Installer/Helper will work closely with experienced team members to ensure installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely.
Duties
- Assist with the installation of appliance and plumbing installs using hand tools and power tools.
- Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks required for installations (up to 75lb), ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, drills, and other power tools to complete installations efficiently.
- Assist with measuring, cutting, fitting, and securing materials on-site while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Able to maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times while on the job site, regardless of the situation
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to offer solutions should they arise
- Practice and maintain good hygiene
Experience
- Prior experience working in a related industry or remodeling environments is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and schematics is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in physically demanding environments.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills related to installation and plumbing.
