Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to every guest
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and restocking product displays
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Support store goals and contribute to a positive team environment
• Stay up to date on sports teams, leagues, and trends to help customers find what they love

What You Bring:

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependability, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Passion for sports, hats, and helping customers look their best

Work Environment

• Interacting regularly with customers, coworkers, and supervisors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Working in a retail sales floor, stockroom, and/or front counter area.
• Working under varying conditions including busy peak hours, weekends, holidays, and promotional events.
• Working with store approved music on and some occasional loud noises.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
• Using point-of-sale (POS) systems and related technology efficiently and accurately.

Physical Requirements

• This position requires frequent movement throughout the store involving standing, walking, bending or lifting for extended periods.
• Must be able to frequently climb ladders/step stools and reach overhead.
• Must be able to count cash properly and accurately including coins and bills.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for data entry, and POS use.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, carry merchandise, supplies and fixtures without assistance.
• Must be able to assist with materials or supplies as needed.
• Must be able to handle, stock, and organize merchandise both on the sales floor and back stock/storage areas.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus when reading digital or printed material.

Job Types: Seasonal, Temporary

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
