✅Pre-Requisites
- Must be 16 years or older
- Sales-driven mindset required – not just friendly, but persuasive and confident in closing the deal
- Able to upsell, recommend additional items, and guide the customer through a full sales experience
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage every shopper
- Weekend and holiday availability is essential
- Be in tune with the sports world to better connect with customers
- Reliable, professional, and punctual work ethic
- Able to work flexible shifts, including nights and during major sporting events

Your Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
- Actively assist and guide customers toward making a purchase
- Use your sports knowledge to build rapport and drive interest
- Confidently handle the point-of-sale system for sales, and exchanges
- Encourage multi-item purchases through smart recommendations
- Support merchandising, restocking, and in-store organization
