- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and managing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features, benefits, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
