Job Summary
Love sports? We want you! We are actively looking for individuals that love sports, love hats and jerseys, and are outgoing! Bi-lingual is a plus. Retail sales experience is a plus. Perfect job if you are in college or looking for a second job with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing and product information.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in math to assist with pricing and inventory management.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction capabilities.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Some day shift capability would also be preferred throughout the week.
