We are seeking a skilled, team‑oriented, and detail-driven Auto Painter who brings a strong work ethic and takes pride in excellence. This is a commission‑based role suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, quality‑first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, maintain, and service painting equipment, spray booths, and filters
- Mix paint products accurately to manufacturer specifications
- Match and fine-tune colors for precise refinishing
- Apply paint to vehicles and parts using a variety of techniques and application tools
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional automotive painting or refinishing experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of paint materials, mixing techniques, and application processes
- Proficiency in the use of painting tools, spray guns, and related equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Solid basic math skills for mixing and color matching
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
