What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman Assistant / Helper position at Pro Handyman Renovation?
We are a growing handyman and home repair company looking for someone who wants to learn the trades from the ground up. No experience required. We will teach you. You will work alongside our experienced technicians on real job sites - drywall, painting, minor electrical, plumbing repairs, fence work, appliance installs, and more. TOP HIGHLIGHTS: - Must have your own reliable transportation to get to our office and job sites - Punctuality is non-negotiable - Customer service matters - you are representing our company in peoples homes - Real opportunity to grow - we promote from within and train you in real trades WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Assist lead technicians on job sites - Learn basic home repair skills: drywall, painting, caulking, tile, minor plumbing/electrical - Help with tool setup, cleanup, material runs - Drive to job sites across Palm Beach and North Broward County - Take before/after photos of work - Provide excellent customer service at every job WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - NO experience needed - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Valid drivers license and your own reliable transportation (required) - Punctual - on time, every day, no excuses - Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work on your feet all day - Clean, professional appearance - Positive attitude, good customer service skills - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required WHAT WE OFFER: - Full-time W-2 employment (not 1099) - Weekly pay - Hands-on training in real trades - Real growth opportunities - we promote from within - Tools provided About Us: Pro Handyman Renovation is a family-owned home repair and remodeling company serving Palm Beach and North Broward County.
