Position Title:
1099 Independent Contractor – Gutter Installer
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced, reliable, and self-motivated 1099 Independent Contractor Gutter Installers to install, repair, and replace residential and commercial gutter systems. Contractors are responsible for providing quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and related components.
- Remove and replace existing gutter systems.
- Measure, cut, and assemble gutters to fit each project.
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers.
- Inspect completed work for quality and functionality.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and local building codes.
- Provide your own transportation, tools, and safety equipment.
- We offer consistent work Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays are required depending on project needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous gutter installation experience 1-3 years preferred, however we are willing to train the right individual.
- Ability to safely work on ladders and roofs.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Must carry any required licenses and insurance as an independent contractor, if applicable.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must!

Contractor Status:
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, and business expenses.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
