Job Overview
At Pro Grass Inc, we're looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll be responsible for providing professional lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, and other turf health applications that help our customers achieve healthy, beautiful lawns.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose many turfgrass problems such as weeds, disease, and insects that may be present in a lawn and treat accordingly.
- A successful candidate will have the desire for continued learning and seek to obtain certifications through the Maryland Department of Agriculture, if not already certified. Pro Grass Inc. will provide educational opportunities to help candidates achieve certifications.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass DOT physical
- Clean driving record
Experience
- Prior experience in lawn care is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of pesticide management, integrated pest management (IPM) is highly desirable.
- Turf Degree holders may receive sign on bonus
- MD Pesticide holders may receive sign on bonus
