Duties
- Operate large-format printers, digital printers, flexo presses, and screen printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials.
- Manage color accuracy through precise color management techniques and calibration of printing devices.
- Interpret production documents and specifications to ensure accurate reproduction of designs and layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments on industrial equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure print advertising materials meet visual standards and project deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating various printing machinery including large-format printers and/or CNC equipment,
- Strong knowledge of color management principles and digital printing techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment, machining, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret complex manufacturing documents and technical specifications accurately.
- Skilled in layout design, typography, and print production processes including cutting and binding.
- Excellent technical proficiency combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
