Pro Grade Supplies, Inc is a growing, innovative, veteran-owned company specializing in the distribution and selling of painting supplies. We are located in Reading, PA.
We are looking for a hardworking, diligent problem solver to join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in unloading 40-foot shipping containers by hand
- Pack, wrap and label pallets/skids
- Process returns and re-stock usable products
- Affix barcode labels on products
- Use and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack (manual and electronic) and/or forklift to move boxes throughout the warehouse according to instructions
- Participate in monthly inventory process
- Interact and communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership
- Perform general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards
Education and Experience
· HS Diploma or equivalent.
· 2 years’ warehouse experience. We are willing to train the right candidate.
· Possess physical ability to:
- Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Operate machines, equipment, and tools, and perform quality checks
- Frequently and repetitively bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform essential duties of the job
- Routinely lift or carry materials weighing up to 30 lbs
- Periodically carry or lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs
The ideal candidate will be able to make effective use of a pallet jack, lift and load shipments, unload inventory and move materials quickly and efficiently. At times, this is a very fast paced and physically demanding job. The ideal candidate will have the ability to ramp up productivity and pace as needed, be a self-starter, and be willing to be cross trained on all aspects of our business. We expect employees to have a record of on-time attendance.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
