Job Description
Pro Grade LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction and erosion control projects across Central Texas. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Create and track project schedules and timelines
- Conduct site visits and ensure jobsite compliance
- Monitor budgets, materials, and labor costs
- Communicate with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
- Resolve field issues and keep projects moving forward
- Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications
- 3 years of construction project management experience preferred
- Knowledge of erosion control, civil construction, or infrastructure projects is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Ability to read plans and manage schedules
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
