Installer – General Construction Laborer
Position Overview
We have an immediate opening for a dependable, motivated, and reliable individual with previous construction experience. We’re looking for someone eager to grow in their career. While insulation experience is not required, it is definitely a plus.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Construction Experience – Minimum 1 year preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – A plus, but not required
- Valid Driver’s License – With a clean driving record
- Reliable & hardworking – Willing to learn and grow
- Physical ability – Lift, bend, twist, and work on lifts/ladders
- No insulation experience needed – A plus, but not required. We’ll train you!
Essential Functions:
- Complete prep work for installation, to include caulking and taping
- Learn or install spray foam, air barrier, and waterproofing
- Use common hand tools such as knives, saws, etc.
- Properly maintain equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Driver’s license is required
- Previous construction experience is required
- Spray foam insulation application or commercial painting experience preferred but not required
- Willing to work in indoor/outdoor elements
- Willing to travel throughout Wisconsin
- Bilingual is a PLUS
- Blueprint reading is a PLUS
- Previous insulation experience is a PLUS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
