About the Role:
Pro Fit Prosthetics and Orthotics is looking for a passionate and skilled Certified Prosthetist Orthotist to join our dedicated team in West Berlin, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess, and treat patients requiring prosthetic and/or orthotic devices
- Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom prostheses and orthoses to meet individual patient needs
- Develop and document comprehensive patient care plans in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide patient education and training on the proper use and maintenance of devices
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with ABC/BOC and insurance requirements
- Stay current with advancements in prosthetic and orthotic technology, materials, and techniques
Requirements:
- Current ABC or BOC Certification as a Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) required
- Master's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics or related field preferred
- Valid state licensure in New Jersey or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Experience in fitting and fabricating both upper and lower limb prostheses and orthoses
- Strong knowledge of L-code billing and insurance documentation processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a clinical team

Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
