Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient goals.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to facilitate recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from therapy to home or other care settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, orthopedics, and physical therapy systems.
- Experience in outpatient clinic settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Ability to develop comprehensive care plans based on individual patient assessments.

Pay: $93,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year for full-time
