We are looking for an office assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily office operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, punctual, hard-working, and professional with the ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks.
What you will do
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Greet visitors
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory, and place orders as necessary
- Organize and assist office staff in ways that optimize procedures
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
Skills you already have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer knowledge
