Role Description

As a Tent Crew Lead and Installer, you will oversee and participate in the installation and dismantling of tent structures for various events, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include supervising a team, managing on-site setup, inspecting equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, requiring hands-on work in various weather conditions and physical tasks such as lifting and assembling heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with tent installation, event setup, and equipment assembly
• Proficiency in supervising teams, delegating tasks, and maintaining workflows during event setups
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and awareness of risk management at job sites
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem solve, and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and leadership skills for managing and guiding diverse teams
• Adaptability to work in varying conditions, including extreme weather and outdoor environments
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate trucks and event equipment
• Previous experience in event production or related industries is highly preferred
