The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating an exceptional experience for all guests of the WM PHOENIX OPEN. Ambassadors must be able to effectively communicate verbally and written information. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Ambassador to maintain the cleanliness, comfort, safety,
and overall appearance of his/her assigned area. Ambassadors must be able to offer assistance to attendees throughout all areas of the WM PHOENIX OPEN.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Be a confident and clear communicator
- Display a professional demeanor
- Able to work well with PGA tour players, tournament clients, vendors, and a diverse general-public
- Ability to understand and successfully follow post orders supporting the enforcement of our clients and company policies
- Able to observe and report discrepancies
- Problem Solver! Experience in resolving conflicts in a non-threatening manner and speaking with individuals or crowds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willing to work within daily inclement weather conditions
- Active duty, retirees and veterans encouraged to apply
- Understanding rules of golf, a plus
- MUST be able to minimum of 4 days between February 7th - 11th (tournament dates February 5th - 11th)
