Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas to maintain safety and prevent potential threats.
- Respond quickly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or unusual activity.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and property to identify risks.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
- Handle disputes professionally and calmly, even in high-pressure situations.
- Prepare detailed shift reports documenting incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when needed to maintain security standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current AZDPS Guard Card.
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass company background screenings.
