Pro-Dough Company is a family-owned and operated business with a 35-year history of supplying delicious pizza dough to the largest food distributors and local pizzerias in the area. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest, highest-quality products and are looking for a passionate individual to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pizza Dough Production and Packaging Specialist to assist with the production, packaging, and sanitation of our pizza dough products. This is a physically demanding position that requires a commitment to teamwork, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of pizza dough according to established recipes and procedures.
• Operate and maintain dough mixing and forming equipment.
• Package finished dough products in accordance with customer specifications.
• Inspect and ensure the quality and consistency of finished products.
• Label and date finished products according to company standards.
• Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the production area and equipment according to safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings (start time 4am) and weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
