We are looking for a bright, energetic, experienced Apartment Manager or Assistant Manager to supervise a beautiful apartment community. The Property is located in Camden County, GA.

Skills Needed:
- Previous Experience in Management and Clerical Duties Preferred
- Superior closing ratios when leasing / creative resident retention ability
- Positive enthusiastic customer service
- Strong organization, and time management skills
- The understanding and control of financial expenses versus income
- Able to follow directives / understand the value of constructive criticism
- Social media and computer savvy - email, excel and property software (Yardi or other)
- Always punctual
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prepare and execute new lease agreements and renewal leases.
- Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and daily operations of the community.
- Conduct regular property inspections and document any lease violations, issuing notices when necessary.
- Show available units to prospective residents and process rental applications.
- Oversee rent collection efforts
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests
