Are you passionate about delivering the most exceptional guest experiences? As the General Manager of our upscale concept in Jacksonville, Florida, you’ll oversee Front of House (FOH) and Bar operations, ensuring the very best guest experiences, incredible food and drinks, team culture, accountability, and profitable results.
GM Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Train and manage FOH and Bar teams.
Foster highest accountability and individual performance.
Recruit, hire, and create efficient schedules.
Guest Experience:
Uphold the highest guest experience and service standards.
Greet guests, ensuring seamless communication throughout their dining experience.
Consistently surprise and delight.
Conduct daily audits to maintain food quality and safety.
Operations:
Ensure restaurant safety, maintenance and compliance. Oversee financial aspects, including labor and payroll.
Lead training sessions on service and restaurant procedures.
Oversight and management of marketing, events, and guest reviews.
Achieve/exceed goals in key areas including labor, turnover, sales.

Do you have these Key Qualifications?
- Minimum 5 years in upscale hospitality management.
- Minimum 2 years in a General Manager or Dir. Food & Beverage role.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- AAA Five Diamond or Forbes 5 Star training is a big plus
- Positive, forward-thinking attitude.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable.
- Familiarity with all restaurant positions.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
- Serv-Safe management certification.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Compensation based upon experience. Salary monthly bonus, benefits eligible.
