PRO Pediatric Services is seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services within a local intermediate unit.
Job Details:
- Location: Pittston, PA
- Schedule: Part-time, 20-25 hpw during normal school day hours
- Caseload: K-12, school-based caseload
- Requirements: Must have experience treating children and/or adolescents in an educational setting
- Additional details: This is an immediate opening. All candidates must have clearances updated within the year

Job Description:
- Implement specialized therapy treatment in accordance with the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Administers occupational therapy assessments to determine a student’s level of functioning relative to their age and educational placement in a variety of areas
- Analyze and interpret assessment data and facilitate the use of the data as a guide for operative instruction to improve student skills
- Collaborates alongside a multidisciplinary team including special education staff, classroom teachers, and other service providers to ensure continuity and consistency in providing comprehensive services to students
- Serves as a member of the school’s multidisciplinary team, IEP program team, and offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of student’s goals
- Completes, updates, and maintains required documentation
- Perform other appropriate duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License
- Must have at least 1 year of experience treating children and/or adolescents in an educational setting
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
