What You’ll Do
Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment
- Organize, track, pack, and fulfill shipments of espresso machines and related products
- Receive and process incoming inventory, including purchase orders and parts
- Prepare kits and maintain accurate inventory organization
- Assist technicians with cleaning, basic testing, and preparation of espresso machines
- Support disassembly and reassembly of external components as needed
- Ensure equipment is clean, presentable, and ready for shipment or display
- Clean and prepare machines for product photography
- Take clear, consistent product photos as needed
- Support ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
- Comfort performing hands-on, manual tasks with equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow processes and maintain quality standards
- Team-oriented with a proactive and reliable work style
- Experience with coffee equipment, appliances, or mechanical systems
- Genuine interest in or passion for coffee
