JANITORIAL SUBCONTRACTORS WANTED – RALEIGH/PLANT CITY (COMMERCIAL CLEANING)
Body:
We are a growing commercial janitorial company seeking reliable subcontractors to service accounts in the Raleigh / Kinston, NC area.
We are looking for experienced cleaning crews or owner-operators who can handle consistent, long-term commercial work.
Scope of Work Includes:
Office cleaning
Restroom sanitation
Trash removal
Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, periodic machine work a plus)
Breakroom/kitchen cleaning
What We Offer:
Steady accounts (multiple locations available)
Monthly pay when work is completed

Requirements:
Commercial cleaning experience (REQUIRED)
Must have your own equipment and supplies
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks (if required by client)
Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Insurance preferred
Preferred:
Established cleaning company or small crew
Floor care experience (strip/wax, buffers, auto scrubbers)
Ability to stable account
This account is a warehouse with attached offices. THE CLEANING IS MONDAY THRU SATURDAY (1X IN THE MORNING 1X IN THE EVENING). NO WEEKENDS. YOU WILL BE PAID AT THE END OF THE MONTH WHEN THE WORK IS COMPLETED
