What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality pressure washing on residential homes, commercial properties, fleet, fence & deck staining, window cleaning and more!
- Operate professional equipment safely and efficiently
- Prep job sites, mix chemicals, and deliver outstanding results
- Provide excellent customer service on-site
- Work as part of a small, supportive team (or independently once trained)
Pay & Benefits
- Earn up to $24 per hour (base pay with performance incentives and bonuses)

Who We’re Looking For
- Reliable & Dependable – You show up on time, every time
- Self-Motivated – You take initiative and maintain high standards even when unsupervised
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)
- Previous pressure washing or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
No experience? No problem — if you’re reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn, we’ll provide full training.
