Are you looking for a part-time role where you can make a real difference in people’s lives? Pro Chiropractic, the most reviewed and highest-rated chiropractic clinic in the Gallatin Valley, is seeking a caring, motivated individual to join our Patient Care Team in a dual-role position as Front Desk Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant.
This position is designed for someone who is available to serve our patients primarily in the afternoons, with potential to add more hours as your availability grows.

What You’ll Do
As part of our front-line team, you’ll help create an outstanding patient experience by:
- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Processing payments and handling patient records accurately
- Assisting the clinical team with therapies, equipment, and patient flow
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, patient-focused personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Comfort with computers and data entry
- Afternoon availability (3–5 shifts per week)
- Prior medical office experience or familiarity with medical terminology a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time, afternoons (approx. 1:30–6:30 PM)
- In-person role at our Bozeman and Belgrade clinic
