We supply high quality, environmentally-friendly industrial maintenance products that are essential to a variety of industries and are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a full-time Outside Sales Account Executive opportunity, covering our Gainesville-Ocala, Florida territory. We'll teach you the products, the industry and offer sales support--you'll bring the drive to win business and build a book of repeat customers.

What You'll Do
- Hunt for new business opportunities: cold call, prospect, and grow your territory.
- Build relationships with repeat customers through visits, calls, and emails.
- Study and learn our 500 product catalog in order to provide solutions that make your customers' jobs easier.
- Manage your own territory, schedule, and sales plan - your success is in your hands.
- Enter orders and track activity through our digital systems.

- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 2 years of sales experience (e.g., retail sales, inside sales, transactional B2B or D2D) where you've proven you can close business and upsell.
- A true hunter mentality - driven, competitive, and resilient.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
- Solid time-management and planning skills and the self-discipline to efficiently run your territory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel needed; Netsuite experience is a bonus.
- Valid Driver License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance required.
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
