Flower and Landscape Bed Maintenance Teams

Don't spend spring and summer inside! Get out into the sunshine! Install and maintain annual flower pots and beds for commercial landscapes. Consistent full-time hours working outside then enjoy 3-days off each week!

What You'll Do:

• Install annual flowers into pots and landscape planting beds. Maintain landscape pots and beds including watering, training, weeding, fertilizing and providing pest control.
• Teams focus either on street side pots, landscape beds, or a combination of both
• Work in the great outdoors & fresh air rather than cooped up inside.
• Get a bit of a workout, get your hands dirty, and feel great & sleep well at night.

What We're Looking For:

• Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Folks who like working with a team in the great outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
• Individuals who take pride in their work & have a knack for making landscapes look their best.
• Horticultural experience is a plus.
• Must be able to study for and pass exams for required certifications.

People with experience as crew leaders or have current ISDA licenses will be eligible for higher $$$ per hour.
