Many of our flat rate techs average 150% to 200% efficiency due to all work is full customer pay, and we have a dedicated parts department to keep you moving while you work on our 500 vehicle heavy-line workload a month.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED technician to join our team. As a A level Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. You may decide to be flat rate or hourly DOE.
Duties:
- Perform light truck & automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: engine repairs, brake repairs, suspension repairs, and electrical system repairs
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Utilize both hand tools and power tools to perform necessary repairs
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong knowledge of Diesel & Automotive repair techniques and procedures
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing vehicle electrical systems
- Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is preferred, and increased preference and pay if you're a formally trained Dodge Ram Diesel Tech
