Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and energetic /Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure durability through expert application of various painting techniques. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Execute residential and commercial painting projects using brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and other hand and power tools.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately determine project scope and specifications.
• Apply specialty coatings such as stucco, industrial paints, or masonry finishes to meet project requirements.
• Perform trim carpentry, fixture installation, restoration work, and framing as needed to support comprehensive renovation efforts.
• Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project needs and materials for efficient job execution.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites and handling hazardous materials responsibly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or construction painting with a strong understanding of industry standards.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless paint spraying equipment.
• Knowledge of color theory to select appropriate color schemes that complement design plans.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Skilled in plastering, caulking, masonry, concrete finishing, welding, and other related trades.
• Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and experience working on renovation or restoration projects.
• Basic math skills for measurements and estimations; carpentry skills including framing and trim carpentry are highly desirable.
• Strong handyman experience with the ability to perform maintenance tasks on-site efficiently.
