This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist (PT) role located in Sunnyvale, CA. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and implement personalized treatment plans to assist patients in achieving their physical health goals. Responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, supporting patients in rehabilitation programs, and conducting home care consultations when necessary. The PT will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure holistic and effective patient care.
Qualifications
-Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
-Strong knowledge in Medicine and Patient Care
-Experience with Home Care and providing tailored care plans
-Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
-Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualification
-Valid physical therapy license in the state of California
-Passion for assisting patients in restoring their health and wellness
