JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports the
manufacturing engineering team by producing and maintaining
manufacturing documentation, programs, and stencils, ensuring that
processes are in place and ready within required timeframes. This role
works closely with engineers, production staff, and quality teams to
ensure smooth transitions from engineering to manufacturing. The
technician follows established work methods, applies technical
expertise, and practices safe work habits to maximize efficiency,
quality, and safety on the production floor. In addition, the position
contributes to process improvements, troubleshooting, and continuous
improvement initiatives that enhance overall manufacturing performance.

plays a key role in bridging design and production, ensuring customer
products are built to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation, assembly
instructions, and production travelers. Generate, verify, and manage SMT
stencils, programs, and tooling to support production schedules.
Collaborate with engineers to implement process changes, new product
introductions (NPI), and design-for-manufacturability improvements.
Support production teams by troubleshooting process issues and providing
technical assistance. Ensure that all processes, equipment, and
documentation are prepared and released on time to meet customer and
internal deadlines. Maintain organized documentation control in
accordance with company and industry standards. Identify opportunities
for continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and safety. Assist
with process validations, first article builds, and production trials.
Adhere to all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively across engineering, production, and quality
teams to support smooth operations. Competencies The ideal candidate
