What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerk/Receptionist position at PRO ACTION OF STEUBEN AND YATES, INC.?
Performs a wide variety of receptionist/ secretarial duties including but not limited to answering phones, transferring calls to appropriate parties, or taking messages, receiving, and announcing visitors, typing, filing, assuring proper office supplies are available, and maintaining a coordinated stream of paperwork.
Ideal Skills
- Computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other office equipment such as a copier, scanner, etc.
- Strong communication skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills
