What are the responsibilities and job description for the Football Athletic Testing Event Coordinator (Part-Time) position at Pro 7 Sports Group LLC?
We are expanding the Roster Ready Football Program across the Houston area and are looking for 3–4 motivated individuals to join our athletic testing team.
This program works directly with:
- High School athletic programs
- Junior High / Middle School programs
- 7v7 football organizations
We provide on-site athletic testing and verified performance data to help athletes, coaches, and parents better understand development and potential.
You will be trained to promote to schools, assist in organizing events, working with coaches, and helping run testing days alongside leadership.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with a sports background who want to stay involved in athletics while building relationships and earning based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with coaches and program leaders (schools & 7v7 teams)
- Help secure testing dates for programs
- Assist with athlete registration and communication
- Help run on-site athletic testing events
- Manage check-in, testing stations, and event flow
- Ensure accurate collection of athlete and parent information
- Represent the program professionally at all times
Compensation Structure:
- $100 per school or organization booked (deposit collected)
- $5 per paid athlete registered
- $200 bonus for every 3 programs booked
- $100 bonus when a program books both Spring & Fall testing
- $100 referral bonus for each athlete who signs with Recruiting Agency
Example:
One program with 40 athletes = $300 from a single event

Who We’re Looking For:
- Former or current college athlete, coach, trainer, or sports-minded individual
- Strong communicator comfortable cold calling coaches and parents
- Organized and reliable with event responsibilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based pay
- Team-oriented and willing to learn a proven system
Preferred (Not Required):
- Football, track, or sports performance background
- Experience with youth, middle school, or high school athletes
- Connections with local schools or 7v7 organizations
Important Notes:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- Compensation is performance-based (not hourly or salary)
- Events may take place after school, evenings, or weekends
- You will be trained and work alongside leadership during events
