Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in infection control practices and ensure a safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Current Nursing license in Wisconsin
- BLS required
- 1 year of long term care experience within the last 2 years
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Pay: From $1,595.52 per week
