We are looking to bring on an experienced Call-Taker responsible for evaluating and triaging all transport requests and deploying the most appropriate resource(s). This position validates familiarity with Company service areas and medical faculties and the Dispatcher must demonstrate the highest level of customer service while coordinating each request. Call-takers must be able to accurately gather and enter required information into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
