PRL Industries is looking for an experienced Dimensional Inspector who can do more than inspect parts. We're looking for someone who can develop CMM programs, perform complex inspections, mentor less experienced inspectors, and help maintain the high quality standards required for critical defense manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Inspect precision-machined components using a variety of measurement equipment.
- Create and edit CMM programs.
- Perform inspections using:
- CMM
- FARO Arm
- Height Gages
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Bore Gages
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
- Troubleshoot dimensional issues with production.
- Help train and mentor other inspectors.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience inspecting machined components in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
- Strong GD&T knowledge.
- Experience programming CMM equipment.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Preferred
- FARO Arm experience.
- Experience mentoring or training inspectors.
- Defense, aerospace, heavy manufacturing, or industrial machining experience.

6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Overtime on Fridays.
Compensation
$26-$30/hour plus overtime.
