What you will do
- Teach 2 or 3 math classes per week to students in grades 6-8, depending on our needs and your schedule
- Create and deliver highly engaging lessons to a wide range of learners
- Track student progress and communicate with students and families regarding performance and progress
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 1-3 years previous experience teaching middle or high school math
- Enthusiasm for working with middle school students
- Committed to working as part of a collaborative team that prepares students with both skills and content knowledge as they develop as learners
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary is $25,000-$35,000/year, commensurate with years of experience and highest degree
- Paid time off for state, federal, and Jewish holidays
- Early release Fridays
